Deposits, notice windows, rescheduling & no-shows

Deposits

  • Your deposit holds your appointment time and applies toward your total service cost.

Cancellations

  • Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment to keep your deposit (when your stylist offers refundable deposits).
  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling

  • Ask your stylist to reschedule with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.
  • Repeated reschedules may require a new deposit.

No-shows

  • Missed Appointments without notice may be charged the full service balance and may affect future booking eligibility.

Arrival, hair prep, lateness & communication

Before You Arrive

  • Arrive on time with clean, blow-dried hair unless your service includes a wash.
  • Come with hair de-tangled and free of heavy oils or edge control.

During your visit

  • Late arrivals may shorten your service time without a price adjustment.
  • Tell your stylist about scalp sensitivities, allergies, or recent chemical treatments before your appointment starts.

After you book

  • Send reference photos and inspo through Messages so your stylist can plan your look.
  • Message your stylist if you need a new time. Cancel from My Bookings as early as possible if your plans change.
