What to know before you book
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability. No-shows may be charged the full service balance.
Please arrive on time with clean, blow-dried hair unless your service includes a wash. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment. Let your stylist know about scalp sensitivities, allergies, or recent chemical treatments before your visit.
